This is my company ident, I made it using mainly livetype for the text and the background and added the sound in sony vegas and some overlays.

Final Cut

So Final Cut is obviously a big step up from iMovie and im certainly glad to be using it for the coursework. Its alot easier for cutting and editng sounds as there is a seperate layed for audio. Im still trying to get used to it and it can still be a bit fiddly for cutting and putting clips together. The use of mulitiple layering, bluring effects and more advanced transitions will be useful and will be featuring in our coursework. Overall its a big step up from iMovie and I should get used to it and looking foward to using it in my coursework.
